How School Kills Creativity

I believe creativity should be more enforced in school. Schools focus on mathematics, English, history, and science rather than the creativity and talents of students. Students with extraordinary talent in art or music feel they are not good enough because schools do not value their talent. Schools should take value of talent and try to develop and improve it. The more developed talents are, the better chance students have of succeeding. Students usually pick a career that interest them, such as art, music, and sports. Studying a subject they like is more effective because it allows students to enjoy learning and discover what they are capable of. On the other hand, education can be personalized and be allowed to discover individual talent. For example, in English a student can discover a passion for writing and can pursue a career in writing. I think not many talents can be discovered through education.
